The Q43L-8000 hydraulic gantry shear is designed to make heavy steel scrap processing more controlled, efficient, and operator-friendly. With an 8000 kN cutting force, an 8000 × 1950 × 900 mm charging box, and a 2000 mm blade, it can process long pipes, structural profiles, steel plates, and mixed ferrous scrap.

The machine combines hydraulic compression, automatic feeding, material clamping, and shearing in one coordinated system. PLC control and remote operation allow the operator to manage the production cycle from a suitable position while observing material loading and cutting.

How It Works
